2. Identification of Proposed Subcontractors
Melleka Marketing LLC does not propose the use of any subcontractors in connection with this engagement. All services described in this proposal will be performed directly by Melleka Marketing LLC and its employees.
3. Proposal Validity Period
Melleka Marketing LLC hereby affirms that this proposal shall remain valid and binding for a period of not less than one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of submittal. This proposal shall remain in full force and effect through and including October 13, 2026, or until a contract is executed, whichever occurs first. Melleka Marketing LLC agrees not to withdraw, modify, or revoke this proposal during this period without written consent from the Authority.
